Angie Lewis – State Farm Insurance Agent

We are officially done with State Farm. State Farm is like a very bad neighbor and is NOT their for you when you need them. We pay well over $ 2,400 a year for HOI. It’s disgraceful when through no fault of your own a faulty toilet valve causes an overflow and your insurance company sues the plumber that installed the part from Lowes. No apologies no nothing just oh it’s not your fault and here’s your deductible back after 2 years. Then last fall we discovered we had mold growing in the corner of our closet caused by a dripping AC Duct. Think we were covered for that? I thought so, you would be wrong and now they are non renewing us even though they never paid a dime on that claim. Just take your money and when you need them they duck and run and hide behind some boiler plate clause in the policy. How am I supposed to know when I purchased riders and had just about every coverage known to man on our policy. So I’m out $ 4,000 for the repairs and State Farm continues to cash the premium checks but non renews based on two claims both of which were not our fault. No messages or even an offer of help from our «Good Neighbor» agent. I guess 15 years of business means nothing to State Farm. Watch out for State Farm they will take your money and then find any reason they can to deny your claims. Probably used money to pay for those stupid commercials. Angie and her staff reviewed my insurance and showed me where I was lacking. Her information fit exactly with the denied claim I had with my previous company. I hadn’t been covered for what I thought I was paying for. I switched to Angie Lewis State Farm and now have a lot more coverage for only a small amount more premium. I’m very happy.
