They’ve always been very friendly and honest with me. I had a chip on my iPhone 4 face & explained how (and why) it’d be so expensive to repair over a tiny chip in the front glass. Behind the glass is the digitizer and its a fairly labor intensive repair. The case covers it up anyway! I’ll be back when I really mess it up.
