Loretta Eagan’s Diner

I’ve eaten here many times the food is consistent and FAST I’ve rarely had to wait more then 10 minutes for my food even with the place packed! The staff is always friendly and willing! My food has always been hot and still hot when I got home with take out!

We were passing through and stopped for dinner. Two cars in the drive thru and one couple inside. Took 20 minutes to order and over 30 minutes for food delivery. We understand this is not fast food so expected a bit of a wait but not busy enough T for the delay. The drive through only served one car in the time we were there.
Food not what we remember from before. The hamburger patty thin and only ¾ the size of the bum. Goop great but hamburger barely warm. Grilled sandwich average. Chicken strip average and hot but fries and tots cold and unseasoned! Won’t probably stop again!

I wrote this review over a year ago on Unilocal and it mysteriously disappeared… I ordered their Fish & Chips basket… over priced, the fish had little to no taste and fries tasted just like frozen french fries… the staff not really very friendly… I’m curious to see how long this one stays up on Unilocal

I have seen this restaurant change names three times in the years I have traveled past it in my RV. It’s been a Mexican restaurant, a grill, and now it’s Loretta Eagan’s Diner. Owner said she had it for six months because she recently moved here (but had owned other restaurants for years…). It’s in a very small building, there are maybe four tables, and then a big eating bar around the edge
I was there around lunch time. Sign said «Breakfast anytime» and the three others in this small restaurant all had breakfasts, which looked WONDERFUL! I ordered two piece fried fish with fries. The fries tasted homey, not like frozen fries reheated. The fish was pretty good! Plenty of tartar sauce for dipping. However, I am regretting that I did not order any of the breakfasts. They just looked wonderful.
Prices were a bit high, but this is a «mom and pop» place, not your regular fast food. Although I was served quickly…
Plenty of room to park an RV in an adjacent empty lot.
