We hired Nolan Brook to remodel our kitchen, installing recess lighting in our living room and for some work in our powder room as well as basement.
Our experience with Nolan was very pleasant. He was very prompt in communication during the process of getting the estimate up until the completion of the project. Nolan was able to complete the project in a timely manner. Based on our deadline, he built a timeline for us. This helped us make our choices at the right time. He kept to the schedule he had set as well.
Nolan lives in our neighborhood, which was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable on how the plumbing and pipes ran in our townhouse. He was always upfront about any unexpected costs that came up. Nolan also assisted us to make certain design choices, and with discounts with some of the vendors.

Nolan has done several remodeling jobs for us so far and has always delivered as expected and within the estimate.
