I tapped the back of a fellow suburbanite a few weeks back, that did about $ 1,200 damage to my Honda. Kudos to the Nationwide Insurance people who worked quickly to put things in order. The Spina and Adams collision people that Nationwide referred me to were courteous and did evidently good work. They promised my car back in three days, but it was delayed a few more days, it happens. No biggie. What I found after I got the car back, was that Spin and Adams had neglected to put a turn signal bulb back in, I didn’t know this until the weekend when they were closed. So I was driving around with a potential to be cited for lack of a working turn signal, because they forgot to put a bulb back in. This demonstrated a lack of proper procedure — checking a vehicle before giving it back to the customer.

My husband got into a car accident and Spina and Adams was affiliated with State Farm so we called, felt comfortable with them and took his car there. There was quite a bit of damage and the car was there for a little over 3 weeks. We are very impressed with the quality of the work. The car looks brand new where they worked on it. Whenever we called to check on the car, we generally had great customer service. I like the feeling of this smaller body shop and I would highly recommend bringing your car to this place. The people inside are friendly and honest. They didn’t make unrealistic promises and you could tell the shop employs good people. I give Spina and Adams 4 full stars, but I have to confess my biggest disappointment was the administration process. Apparently, when the car was ready they called my father-law by accident and we did not list that number. State Farm gave them that number as one of evening the numbers(my husband’s number being the day time and they used the evening number during the day). We intentionally did not tell my father-in-law about the accident due to his stress level so when Spina and Adams informed him of everything we were very upset. I stopped in and explained how I felt and they took off the evening number right away. In my opinion, they should never have given out this information to someone not named the owner of the car or spouse. Despite this breach of privacy, I appreciate the service and work of Spina and Adams and would recommend them to friends.
