This is a very convenient dry cleaner in Oakmont. It is located in a small shopping plaza with a doctor’s office and bagel place. There is always plenty of parking in the parking lot so I am never forced to find a street spot. I am always in and out quickly. I typically stop in right before work and there is rarely a line. No matter how many items I drop off, I only have to wait a couple of days to pick up my dry cleaning. I only do dry cleaning– I have never tried their tailoring services. It appears that they do not do the dry cleaning on site but the process is still fast. I have no complaints about the quality of work.
The staff is friendly enough. If you pay the day you drop off your items, you receive a small discount– I believe 10%. It appears they have a calendar posted on the counter where they offer additional discounts if you drop off certain items on specific days of the month. For example, if you drop off a comforter on the 15^th of the month, you get 15% off. This calendar is not prominently displayed and I never know what day gives what discount. I seems to be different every month. It would be helpful if a copy was available to customers to take with them. But, overall, the prices seem to be comparable with every other dry cleaner.
