I love Royal! It’s my favorite place to go! Not only do they do an amazing job they are all so friendly! I always have a blast while getting my nails done there! I would highly recommend it!

I’m giving this place a 3 star rating, because I usually get good service from here. The other day I went in to get my nails done– on a slow day. There was a male that I assumed was new, because I wanted the elegant pedicure and he charged me $ 5 extra dollars for it than what was listed. I always expect to be here a minimum of 2 hours because I usually get the works on my manicure. However, he was more interested in staring at a new fish tank than helping me. It took longer for my pedicure than my manicure which was tedious. Usually my feet are smooth after because I do heel treatment. This time my feet felt worse than when I entered the building and had small cuts on them after. Mia and The owner (I forget his name at the moment) — who are also usually good appeared to have been in a mood and it took them quite a while to find someone who WANTED to do my manicure. After a long wait, Jenni finally came over. She does a better job at manicures than any of the others anyway. I just felt it unacceptable that I am going to a place where it’s supposed to be a luxury to get a service done and no one cares to do it. I’m a 30% tipper and don’t converse much because I’m usually there for some peace and quiet, so it’s not like I’m a loud obnoxious 8 inch nail diva that tips $ 2. I’m going to give it another try; however, I’m considering taking my business elsewhere.

Long lasting manicures and pedicures with great pricing. $ 60 for pedi and gel nails. Polish lasted over a week before my nails grew out too long, no chipping. Comfy massage chairs and friendly staff. Had over 5 – 6 mani pedicures all great! Lots of color’s, even new seasonal colors.

I came into this salon seeking a full set of long dramatic acrylics with a unique paint job. The salon was empty so I thought great we can both take our time and have a nice experience. Neither nail tech looked very interested in my being there. Like they were annoyed. After 10 minutes of looking at polishes (most of which were old and/​or half opened) the lady informed me she had an appointment very soon. This did not leave enough time for what I wanted (Long crazy painted fake nails) and I dont want you bouncing back and forth between clients so how about you lead with that information? I was a walk in, I get it. I’m a hairstylist I know how this business works. I offered to come back later and ended up making an appointment for a later date. They didnt ask for my name or my number or exactly what I wanted so how could they properly prepare? I’m just confused. I’m new to town and looking for a new nail salon. I’m a great, easy to please loyal customer but I feel like they didnt want my business. I’m sad. All I want is a unique well done set of acrylics that I’m willing to pay top dollar for. I’m a great tipper too. I will update after I actually get my nails done here. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. It happens to all of us. I can’t give below three stars because that wouldnt be fair as I have not gotten service yet. But service with a smile means everything to me.

Royal Nails is the best — I have been going to John and Tham for about 6 years now. Their service and John’s humor always makes for a great experience. I can’t recommend them enough.
