Lucky

Not my favorite grocery store, but very convenience for me, cuz it next to my work!
The store itself is pretty nice. They have bakery, daily and pharmacy.
Their prices are average. They have fresh produce and good quality. Staff are very nice!
Plenty of parking, it located in a big shopping center on Main St. In Oakley.

Bought some chicken tenders from the deli, must have been in the heat lamp way too long!!! It was like jerkey!!! Nasty, it was all pieces to…

I am waiting here at customer service to get help, 6 employees have either come behind the counter or walked by and not one acknowledgement. Horrible customer service. I do not like to shop here

Fresh fish and seafood yuck! I bought some shrimp when I came home to eat it smelled and tasted worst could eat it. Went back another day and the checker didn’t greet me was talking to her bagger the whole time and the was suppose to get 2.00 off my bakery item and she only took a dollar never said thank-​you. So to bother you cashier I won’t be going back.

What an astronomically expensive grocey store. I cannot believe the prices they charge on things like crackers, milk and cheese. Insane. However, I am a big fan of their sourdough bread (best I’ve ever had) and the things that I have tried from their bakery have been really good. In my opinion the only thing worth buying that isn’t insanely expensive is their bakery selection.

This has got to be the best Luckys in town. Wait, it’s the only Luckys in town. I love it here. Happy Happy Happy

This store is wonderful! Best grocery store in town! The employees are very knowledgeable about they’re products and give great costumer service!!!
The manager mike won manager of the year for all savemart-​luckys stores! He’s the best, very low key reasonable man and keeps up with store guarantee and price accuracies!
The baggers have definitely improved! There is a really good bagger Mahtob? That is simply pleasant! She knows exactly how to bag and always gives me a help out to my car! :) the others don’t compare!

When I went on 01÷02÷12, they had tomatoes for 47 cents a pound as well as avocados that were 47 cents each. What a deal! Definitely coming here more often for sales like these.

The grocery store itself isn’t bad. Much better product since it changed BACK over to Lucky’s. Better fresh meat, fresh seafood and fresh veggies and fruit. Fresh flowers as well. I prefer to buy my meat and seafood here rather than Raley’s up the street.
Manager Mike is a really friendly guy, always says hi to me and asks about my shopping needs.
Store is clean and presentable.
My issue is that the courtesy clerks are annoying! They have no clue how to bag and I’m sick of it! Even the regular baggers that have been there foreeeeeever have no clue how to bag. Seriously, it only takes common sense to bag groceries! I haven’t said anything to anyone but now I’m about to vent: COLD/​FROZEN WITH THE COLD/​FROZEN, PERISHABLE WITH PERISHABLE, NON FOODS WITH THE NON FOODS!!! Its soooo easy! I have yet to have someone do it right! Most of the time I do it myself cause there are no baggers to be found and I don’t want to wait forever. Sometimes they just plop my food into my reusable bags and it bugs the crap outta me! I mean c’mon I don’t want my apples bruised any more than they already are, same with my bananas or my bread squished in with my frozen food!
So that’s why they only get 4 stars. Other than that gripe I have never had a bad experience at Lucky’s.
