Clean, quick and easy to get along with. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it’s on the high side of cost at $ 67. Most others at in the $ 48 range… But no waiting and no appointments necessary so to me that was easier…

I have a very busy schedule like most people and it just makes my day when I can go somewhere and get in and out quickly. If I get good customer service that’s a huge bonus.
If time is money then today I struck gold at East Bay Smog. I started writing this review as soon as he went outside to start on my truck and he was back before I could even finish!!!
This guy Hugo knows how to run this place. I couldn’t of asked for better customer service. He was happy, polite and professional. I love doing business with this kind of establishment. When I asked about the price he even gave me a ten dollar off coupon. Don’t go anywhere else for a smog. This is my smog station for life! :)

Very friendly and honest! Walked up while another truck was getting smogged… happily greeted and lead to office. Handed clipboard to fill out my info. I was told it would take about 15 minutes as there was one ahead of me. No problem. Plenty of magazines to look through in (small) office. Its a one-​atta-​time smog shop. One technician is what I saw. After my truck passed smog he told me I might wanna check my timming, as it was off a bit. Nothing to be too concerned with at that moment though. He was quick about getting me in and out.
Its a Smog Test-​Only Station.
I would recommend this shop to others in my local area :)
