An east oakland warehouse with the best tenants and the worst property managment you’ll ever find. Not for the faint of heart, you’ll meet awesome people living here, but you won’t ever be able to relax completely because of the inadequate building security. This area is prone to theft and break-​ins, but the folks who own the building don’t seem to care much. It’s obviously all about the bottom line — money. And once again, it’s the creative folks who end up paying the tab in the long run. What a shame.
