I bought a $ 10 car phone charger from TCS Wireless, but it didn’t work on my Prius to charge my cell phone while I was driving. It kept popping out, and the battery was still draining quickly instead of holding a charge when I was able to keep it in. So I ended up spending $ 30 at Verizon for a cell phone charger that actually works. I tried to return this cheezy $ 10 item, but the storekeeper didn’t want to refund it, even though I brought my receipt.
He wouldn’t listen to me when I said that it was not a very good generic charger because It didn’t work with my Prius. He tested it on his workbench with his own cell phone, and said, «See, it’s charging! It works.»
First, he said that I’d had it for 10 days. Why didn’t I return it sooner?” Then he said, «You had the use of it for 10 days.»
I said, no I didn’t. I’d stopped trying to get it to work after a few days, and bought myself one from Verizon, which I’d been using in the past week, not his. I just hadn’t gotten over to his shop sooner to return it. I had called him about it the day before, and he never returned the call. He just said, «So.» In hindsight what I should have said was that I never had the use of it because it didn’t work to recharge my phone.
Then he demanded the card that I’d charged it on. However, I had just changed my debit card, so the numbers didn’t match (although it was the same bank account). So he refused to refund my money.
My experience tells me that this dealer carries substandard merchandise, and provides lousy service to dissatisfied customers. I warn everyone against shopping here!

This place is pretty awesome!
I just wish that it popped up when searching for BOOST Mobile. I ended up a much less awesome and rather unhelpful place when I was searching for a place. There is a really patient and easy to understand person who works here and he walked me through the various options and plans that they offered.
I highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a BOOST or VIRGIN mobile. Come see him and he will set you up right.
Oh and one last thing, the location isn’t between 40^th and 41^st, it’s actually on the corner of 40^th and telegraph. There isn’t much options for parking too :(but if you are quick you can go to the loading zone around the corner by the car wash. You can also bring quarters of course and hope to find a spot… or if you really need to, park at BART if you must to get the errand done. Until next time.
