Tatum’s Plumbing

I noticed water on the sidewalk that was odd so I checked out the sewer pipe in the front yard and water was running out of it. I called one plumber and they said just to come out it was $ 89 and the total would be around $ 250 that seamed high so I googled local plumbers and Tatum’s came up I called and with in 30 min they showed up and fixed my problem in less the 10 min and there price was half of the other guy. I would defiantly recommend Tatum’s.

These guys are great! I have had to call them to my home and my business for different jobs, from broken valves to frozen pipes. They have always provided fast, effective service. Their rates are reasonable, and they do great work.

I’ve used Tatum’s Plumbing for a number of jobs involving rental houses in Oakland, TN and I am pleased with their work. Their prices are fair — a $ 65 trip charge plus labor and parts. I can’t remember the exact labor rate — maybe $ 60 an hour? — but I remember thinking it was fair based on having a multiple guys working the job for the rate quoted.
I did run into one small issue on one job. They put in a dishwasher where there had not been one previously. This particular rental house had the hot water and cold water lines coming out of the wall backwards to what is standard and consequently the guys tapped into the cold water line which meant the dishes were not getting fully clean. Even though this wasn’t necessarily their error they agreed to come out and fix the issue without charge.
I plan to continue using Tatum’s Plumbing for future plumbing needs.
