The drive thru line is always long but slow. Inside, quicker service but not overly friendly. No smiles. I’ll enjoy my chai anyway but worth noting!

6 people on staff… 25 minutes to get a espresso shot over ice. Most dysfunctional Starbucks I’ve ever been to

This is the Oakland NJ SB. Filthy! This store was once a great experience, now it’s a pig sty! Always a
wait and always a wreck. Clean up your act! The drive thru is in slow motion.

I come here on my way to and from my in-​laws as it is very close to the highway and an easy on easy off location.
Each time I’ve been I have gone through the drivethru and I don’t have a problem. However, it does take quite some time for orders.
Overall, it’s good for what I need it.

I come to this Starbucks probably 6 times per week. I usually order a flat white, earl grey latte, iced coffee with soy milk, or some outrageous frappucino creation from the secret menu. Well, this starbucks has been the only one where the barista has made my earl grey latte actually taste how it should and not just hot water. This is also the only place I can get a reliably delicious flat white from. The staff is so ridiculously friendly, it is bound to brighten up anyone’s day. Don’t feel like getting out of your car? That’s fine because there’s a full service drive-​thru as well. They even give my big pup treats at the window! Oh and as far as the secret menu goes, just make sure you have the recipe on hand (easily found at

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for over half a year, because it’s the closest one to me, and I can honestly say this is one of the worst locations I’ve ever been to.
My drinks always come out dripping in the nastiest way possible, or made incorrectly. I complained directly to Starbucks a few months ago, and they profusely apologized, gave me a gift card, and assured me it would never happen again.
It continues to happen 1 in 3 times that I go to this location. I’m also left waiting for 10+ minutes during most visits because the barista helping me «forgets» that I ordered a pastry, even on days when there aren’t many customers waiting. At the time of this writing, I was one of three people in queue waiting for an egg and cheese sandwich, and I waited 13 minutes to get it.
I know both managers at this location, and they can even attest to the fact that they’ve had to give me many free drink cards just because of the abysmal service at their Starbucks.
I do not recommend this Starbucks to anyone. This location needs to be revamped from the ground up, or just completely closed.

This Starbucks is one of the worst. The drive thru is painfully slow, up to an hour wait sometimes, and the cars just sit in line with no explanation. No way to back out, with a divider to the right of the line. The staff is generally unfriendly and dismissive, and they do not make good drinks. They also always put those ridiculous and wasteful green sticks in the coffee, even when I ask them not to, and they act personally offended when I ask the, to remove it. I drive the extra distance to go to the Pompton Lakes branch, MUCH better all around.

The staff is always very nice… and knowledgeable. …it makes me crazy when I order and they tell me I can put my own cream in my drink… no that’s why I order it the way I do… otherwise it is the coffee we are here for…

First Starbucks I’ve been to where an employee was very rude to customers. I guess they have so much guaranteed business being close to the highway that they don’t need to be friendly? Still, sad for a Starbucks.

I love my local Starbucks! Great service-​friendly helpful staff-​they will go out of their way for you!

Went in here for lunch at a little after 1pm. It was conveniently located right off of I-​287.
The employees were a bit slow in fulfilling orders, but they were nonetheless friendly, and everything went fine from there. The location itself looked very modern, and the restrooms were clean too.

Very friendly staff and quick professional service make this Starbucks standout. Every time I go I am greeted with a smile and friendliness from the staff. They’ve given my dog cookies several times at the drive through and always seem happy to be working. Drinks are made well and very quickly.

This is a very busy starbucks because it has a sign on the interstate, which is how i ended up here. Drive thru is thus very busy just park and get out of your car and breath some fresh air. Not particularly friendly staff probably because it is so busy with highway crowd rather than locals. Restroom was in need of cleaning. Starbucks coffee is highly overrated their marketing people must be great since they have convinced so many that they sell high quality coffee, which is just not accurate

Service and quality is good… but the line @ drive thru in the morning is usually so longggggg!!! Need to put extra help on in the am folks! Defeats the convenience and swiftness of the whole «drive thru» concept if you have to wait for 10 minutes
