I’m not one to normally write Unilocal reviews but I was so compelled by the service that I received from Ian that I had to.
I purchased the E7 Ray Marine touchscreen chart plotter about three or four months ago. There has been an alignment issue with the touchpad that caused a recall.
The hard part was that my girlfriend and I had already left on a three-year cruise and had no address to facilitate an exchange.
Working with the local Ray Marine dealer Ian arranged for me to simply go in and swap out my unit for a new unit.
With Ian’s help, I was able to get my unit replaced without delaying my trip.
