I recently located from these apartments after obtaining a new job in Pleasanton. Even after a 40 minute commute, it was still a tough decision to leave. Agnes, the building manager, is more helpful that you can ever imagine. She set up repairs or quick fixes on the spot, never had to wait more than a couple days.
The apartments are extremely roomy, nice new kitchen equipment, wood floors, and granite counter-​tops. The balcony is huge and if you have friends over, the street parking is never a problem. There is also a large pool that is maintained regularly with a gas grill, perfect for those summer bbq’s.
Lastly, the apartments are conveniently located between Piedmont Ave. and College Ave. so there is always something to do relatively close. Not to mention the safeway and CVS right across the street.
