I’ve gone to Michaela a couple of times now for facials. I love the products she uses. I also love that it’s the perfect blend of treatment and relaxation. My skin looks great! I’m so glad I found my new esthetician!

Michaela is not only one of the best aestheticians around, she is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Waxing with her is comfortable, fast, and thorough; really unbeatable work.

Her eyebrows waxes are also perfection. I’m incredibly particular about shaping as well as being very sensitive and Mickey’s shape was exactly right for my face and the redness went down after only a couple of hours (I’ve been red up to 24hrs after previous waxing experiences with other people).

Micaela is amazing at what she does. Her touch is full of intention and love for what she does. You can truly feel that she is not «going through the motions» but rather engaged and focused on providing her clients with an incredibly relaxing and informed experience. Love this girl and her magic fingers! My favorite is her 30 minute facial, just had one and it was the perfect little escape from my day. I walked in there feeling really icky from my day and walked out of there with my skin feeling super soft and glowing. Absolutely what I needed. She also does a kiiiiiller brow wax. I’ve definitely experience some brow wax nightmares but she shapes my brows purrrrrrrfectly. Absolutely happy with her skills, highly recommend her!

Michalea is an angel sent from skin care heaven! I’ve been following Mickey for about 5 years and I am so happy she’s in Oakland now! Not only is she suuuper thorough with my skin she is also gentle and informative. She’s always recommending certain vitamins and natural supplements to help «kick wrinkles in the butt!» And her eyebrow waxing and tints are on point. Let just say the woman is magical !

I was referred to Michaela by a friend a couple of years ago and constantly find myself thinking about how lucky I was to find her. I have thin, light brows. I had been pencilling them for ages because I never imagined that someone could actually work with the little I have. Somehow, Michaela manages to shape them in a way that I never thought possible and dyes them beautifully, transforming them from balding catipillars into gorgeous arched brows. I am blown away by how gentle she is when waxing them– I can hardly feel it! I see old pictures and think about how amazing it is that something so small can make such a big difference. Aside from her amazing skill set, she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met and I always look forward to going in every couple of weeks!
