New Hair and Nail Beauty Shop

I made an appointment at 10am and she totally forgot. The alterations lady saw me looking confused outside and called her at her house. Apparently she lives very close because she rolled right out of bed and came over. After apologizing profusely and being honest about plain forgetting, she got started.
The haircut was okay, it wasn’t exceptional. It was because she totally cut off more than I liked. I told her, cut off the damaged parts and pointed at what I clearly saw a 2 – 3 inches. My hair was to my waist and is now to my shoulders… so you can guess how much she really cut off. However, gave me really nice layers so that semi-​compensates for me. I’m not one of those girls that cry if someone cuts off too much, I deal with it. I’m still getting used to my hair. People seem to like it though, so I guess its alright.
She told me over the phone it was going to be $ 10 but ended up charging me $ 12

So, after reading Jenny’s review I thought I’d stop in here and give it a try. I called ahead to make sure they were open today and made an appointment for 3:30, to get my eyebrows waxed. I showed up and Nancy was finishing a haircut. She did my eyebrows and asked me if I wanted my lip done, too. Sure, I’m not partial to the little bit of fuzz there. All of this for $ 8 bucks! Parking kind of sucks, so I ended up parking at the market at the corner. I’ll definitely be back, cuz my brows look really good. I don’t know if I’ll try any of the hair services, as I have af-​am hair, but I would like to try the nail services.
