standing signboard out front touts salvordorean food. when this locale opened a few months ago, young latinas were in front of the shop hawking tamales at 6 in the morn. due to the bad economy, this no longer happens. presently, a single latina is inside the shop. i tried to order some pupusa, she didn’t seem to understand so i pointed to the pupusas listed and said«uno, uno» she nodded and went to make the pupusas menu: fresca, many types of pupusa: revueltas, beans, queso, gueso y loroco, chicharron, etc eats:revueltas pupusa(2) –very large with large meat and little cheese. so so queso y loroco pupusa(2) –very flavorful cheese, some loroco(veggie) very filling, crusting shell, –curtido: lots of it, sour and had chiis in it also. –diluted chile sauce in pouch provided. doesn’t do much but alleviates dryness foodnotes: –pupusas made to order –fresca listed but not seen, probably not homemade –seating in plastic furniture. plan on take out. –cash only
