Horrible customer service.
I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 McCafe drinks.
WELL. While I waited there for my drinks. The minutes kept going by. Then, I noticed the employee’s preparing orders and running back to the other window to pass them out!
THREE CARS IN BACK OF ME GOT THEIR ORDER BEFORE I DID. When I asked to speak to a manager because their behavior was unacceptable, the manager did not apologize and instead made excuses for the employees.
HORRIBLE. They have lost a customer!

I walk in with 10 $ and I’m looking for a sausage mcgriddle with orange juice. I wait in line and I see that it is 3.79 for a meal. I’m looking for two orders, me and my girlfriend that was not with me at the time. I wait casually until I get to the front and order «two sausage mcgriddle meals, number 8 with orange juice instead of the coffee» and then the total becomes 11.38 and I’m asking how did it get there? She said what did you get? I said two sausage mcgriddle meals she said exactly You ordered the meal and I said the meal says 3.79 and I pointed she then turned around and said look it’s 5.38 pointing at the sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and I’m saying there’s a difference look at #7 and #8. She then changed it and said its 10.80 and I said how? It’s only 3.79 she said we charge you for changing the coffee for orange juice. So I just paid for the coffee and didn’t get the orange juice and later just gave the coffee away. Terrible service and i couldn’t get two simple sausage mcgriddle meal with orange juice for less than 10 $. Even if it was more it was only 80 cents. Couldn’t even give me a break? Never coming back

Bad bad bad. Waited more than 10 minutes just to place the order only had 2 cars in front of me. And 8 minutes to get the order. Time was 10pm.
There was a big black lady (no name tag) at the drive thur window no high hello nothing. Overcharged me and was super rude. With her clothes so high up to her chest showing her stomach and back.

Big fan of Micky D’s breakfast sandwiches, especially egg, sausage & cheese McMuffins. Yum!

I usually wouldn’t leave a review for anywhere but I had a horrible experience. Me and my friends went here to grab some food on the way home. We went through the drive thru, ordered our food and made sure the order was correct on the screen. We got out food, looked through the bags and realized we were missing fries and they gave us the wrong size for two of our drinks. We told them we were missing fries and they made us give the bags of food back to make sure we weren’t lying. After they looked through our food bags they told us we only paid for two which wasn’t true. we ended up just leaving because they refused to give us all the stuff we paid for. I would give zero stars if I could.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The service is horrible, slow and it is so dirty… there are homeless people all around the place.

Dirty, with unfriendly employees… I had to repeat my order like 5 times even tough I was speaking loud already. The worker was distracted or not paying attention. Another girl that ordered didn’t even get a straw for her soda. There’s nothing on the counter you can get for yourself. Service is quite slow.

This Mcdonalds is fairly decent compared others in this area. It’s nice that it has its own private parking lot, but it’s irritating that the parking lot layout makes it difficult to move around larger vehicles. The inside of the restaurant is fairly clean, with the exception of the bathroom, which more often than not;looks like a crime scene. One thing that really bothers me about this place is the amount of homeless people begging inside and out of the establishment. If you walk towards the restrooms, you will notice the whole back seating area surrounded by panhandlers. I don’t see how a place with 2 security guards can’t control the squatters. Anyways, this place would have gotten 1 star, but I actually enjoy the coffee here, it’s cheap, fresh, and strong, at least it has that going for it.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Too many homeless people in here asking for money and the place smells really bad. Also the employes here are rude and they never ask if you need ketchup or any type of sauce. Smh! I sure won’t come back here any more. This place needs to be sanitized

I don’t like hamburgers and I think looks not good. I do not like it because certain food does not guarantee safety. I bought one comb and there were have fries 1 Damaged .oh my god

I wish I could give this place a zero.
Why?
— I ordered a small iced coffee, but she charged me for a medium.
— The iced coffee isn’t $ 1 for any size like all the other McDonald’s.
— Last week, the sausage mcmuffin was $ 1, but they increased the price this week?!
TIP: Always check your receipt!!!

I come to this McDonald’s sometimes too. I get my order and it’s done well. However I do see a lot of school children and pandhandlers coming in. The school children are better behaved at this one than the one at Eastmont Mall. They order their food, do their homework and leave. When I wash my hands in the bathroom, I notice that it’s not clean. I have to use the tip of my finger to turn the faucet on. The staff can make the bathroom cleaner. I like the staff here. They are friendly and consistent.

I love me some McD’s… But the drive through here has been quite backed up for some time. Same employee taking order cashes my transaction, then meets me at the next window to prep drinks and bag food. Seems understaffed and overwhelming for them…
Won’t stop me from getting my hot fries fix once in awhile, though. Can’t lie

Man, finally a McDonald’s with some consistency!
I have been coming here for two years around twice a month and to make sure I get my money’s worth I have always counted my McNuggets– and my fries of course.
Before I continue, let me explain–
When a person pays for a burger you want ONE burger, you know? Not ZERO burgers. So why would I not count my fries? Because there are more than ONE SO YOU THINK I WONT NOTICE IF THERE IS LESS FRIES THAN THE LAST TIME? WHO DO YOU THINK I AM WHERE DO YOU THINK I WAS BORN!
So for two years I have been counting my fries here and they have been amazingly accurate! When I lived in the Midwest I would count my fries at different McDonalds so I could find the McDonald’s that would be my go-​to BUT THEY WERE ALL TOO INCONSISTANT. When my job transferred me to the bay area I was excited for many reasons, mainly I couldn’t wait to find my regular McDonalds, AND THIS IS THE ONE PEOPLE!
For my 2.5 oz serving of fries I have learned that 48 is the average number of fries one should expect. I used to bring a scale in to weigh the fries because its faster, but I have decided to count them rather than weigh them because its more about the experience of eating them and the surface area ratio that makes them delicious, so the number of fries is vastly more important than the weight. IF YOU HAD ONE FRY THAT WEIGHED 2.5OZ IT WOULD BE A HUGE DISGUSTING POTATO.
Too many times at other McDonalds in Illinois the number of fries fell below what I found to be the average. Sometimes it was only 29 fries! TWENTY NINE FRIES! DO YOU THINK I NEVER LEARNED TO COUNT!
Back to my point– At this Mcdonald’s in Oakland, I have found the number of fries to be so consistent I can only assume its good management to thank. Last week I didn’t even count because for the four previous visits the fry count was between 31 and 53 (THAT WAS A GOOD DAY!) and I decided to just enjoy them assuming it was within an acceptable window. When I got finished it didn’t feel right so the following time I counted and sure enough, 51! Amazing!
I know you may think that I am giving them too much leeway– too big of a window for satisfaction, but you MUST TRUST ME! Of all the Mcdonalds I have counted fries at, this one is by far the most consistent.
Go see for yourself!

It seriously took longer than 10 minutes or longer just to get 1 large fries.
No one else was in the mcdonalds. What could possibly have taken so long. A LARGE FRY???

i was really hungry so grabbed a bite here. only 2 people in here. others lined up in cars outside.
eats: spicy Mcchicken (1)
–buns, lettuce, mayo, some slight spicness,
–fried thin chicken pattie, slight greasy aftertaste
–380 calories, must be the mayo
–2 stars for chemical & greasy aftertaste.

–heard honking and braking behind me. WHOOPS! my bad!
–service better than service. 3 stars
–food below average (fast food quality) 2 stars
–wouldn’t repeat unless really hungry.

The lady that operates the drive thru at night is hella friendly and cool. I usually bust up laughing because when she repeats the order, she says «BOO-​gers» instead of burgers.
This location isn’t shady about the tartar sauce on the filet o’fishes… they know how to do it!

I can’t help it and my arteries hate me for it… but some times I just need my nuggets fix!
I like this location because I can pick up my food and walk to the lake to lessen the guilt :)
