Paula bring exceptional flavors, beautiful plating and an approachable personality to any catering or private cooking experience. I recently had the opportunity to taste her cooking at a corporate retreat where she prepared evening meals for two days. She arrived on time, set-​up, cooked, cleaned and you would never have known she was there with the exception if the happy smiles on the faces of everyone and warm, full bellies. The food was diverse, modern, classic, retro and overall amazing — really delicious. The portions were family style and there was a lot left over (except for the upside down caramelized pear cake — that disappeared quickly). Hire Paula — you won’t be disappointed.
