Lovely Nail Spa

This is my favorite nail salon for these reasons: Tammy, the owner gives the best manicure I have ever had! There are two other popular nail salons in Montclair Village and neither of them gave a great manicure or were comfortable to spend time «in the chair» there.
Tammy has a very caring staff and although I haven’t gotten a pedicure there, I see many women (and men) that are getting them there regularly.
My absolute favorite part of the manicures they give are the neck/​back massage at the end – HEAVEN! It is what makes them special. And… they appreciate your business and tell you that every time time.

Been coming for years and it is still great!

First time here (8÷18÷15) and I had an amazing experience! Everything they did was spot on. From manicure, pedicure to waxing the ladies did a great job. The owner, Tammy, brings her friend Amy here on Tuesdays to work. Yesterday I got a pedicure and manicure from Amy and she was gentle with my nails and gave a great massage. Also, I cannot forget about their free wifi! Who doesn’t love free wifi?!? I recommend this place for everyone and I will definitely come back again!

Disappointing. Had an unexpected spare hour to get a mani/​pedi today.
That hardly ever happens.
I went to my bank in the Montclair Village, got some cash, and started
looking for a nail salon that could take me right away. Found a couple where
they could take me in an hour, but I didn’t want to wait. So many nail salons,
I figured it wouldn’t be hard to find something at 11:30 am.
Lovely nails was empty and they could take me. It looked clean inside.
I had a very unmemorable mani/​pedi. It was over very fast. I was done 30 mins
after I arrived. Very little massage. Maybe two minutes. But what bothers me is
my mani was just file and paint. I still have visible cuticles and the dry skin around
my nail beds still is snagging on stuff.
The woman, Tammy, was very friendly and did give me a couple mins neck massage
while I was waiting for my nails to dry.
This was a $ 25 mani/​pedi. At $ 39, plus an $ 8 tip, I feel I was overcharged for what I got.
I still tipped as though it were a better service. Seems as slow as they were and knowing I
was a potential new customer, they would have tired to wow me.

Been coming to this place for years and it’s only gotten better (it was called «Pacific Nails» before). The new owner, Tammy, has really made the place look nice. She re-​did the bathroom (long overdue!) and handmade new covers for the massage chairs using tapestry fabric.
The quality of services here is very high and the prices are the most reasonable in Montclair — and I’ve been everywhere. Maria is still here, doing custom nails and waxing, and David is still The Pedicure King. Tammy brings with her Amy, who worked with her in Napa, and shows great attention to detail.
Everyone works hard and the massage at the end is a great bonus.
Don’t waste your money elsewhere: do yourself a favor and come on in!

This place is awesome! So clean & prices are great. Staff is super friendly & really knows how to Mani/​Pedi! Did I mention the great neck massage! Right in Montclair Village. Try them out. You’ll be back. Walk-in’s welcome. Tip’s to be paid with cash but can use credit cards for service. Enjoy!
