My son told me about this little treasure. If you love oysters I recommend you contact this vendor, I’m no conesure but damn good bbq oysters! Not only that but lawson is a nice young kid and good bbqer. He don’t always cook them just happen to catch him at a event and he was marking his oysters!

I had LOS set up an oyster bar at my company Holiday party and it was the star of the show. He brought 3 kinds of oysters, all fresh as can be. The accoutrement were spot on as well. I will be calling him and his team up again for my company’s next event.

I discovered this vendor at Oyster Fest San Francisco three years ago. He always has the longest line and the best product. Whether having Lawson’s Oyster Selects raw with vinegar and shallots, or BBQ’d Rockefeller style with spinach and parmesan, you can’t go wrong. His offerings have great flavor and texture.(And are even available in most of the high end spots in SF). Then I noticed him popping up at San Francisco Happy Hours, where he provided great music(even a blues band!) as well as great oysters. At Savouries & Sweets Catering in San Ramon, we have often recommended his product, or even his full-service oyster bar, to our clients who want to offer something different. My staff knows how to shuck em, so it’s great to have access to his product. But I would recommend home entertainers who don’t have practice, to hire him to bring them and serve them, since it’s tricky business shucking them without getting shells in there. Also you’ll be busy enough at your party, and it’s a great presentation!
