Sometimes it works great but last time I dropped a bag of clothing off on Wednesday
Got some back Friday
Another 2 things separately the following week
Why separate laundry into 3 deliveries? Why not tell customer when you are doing this? Why not answer phone or respond to emails when I write?
Only response came when building contacted them…
So, if I use them again, I feel like I will need to take pictures before I drop off laundry

Laundry Locker is good for dry cleaning but terrible for laundry. Their website claims next day turn around. I’ve just been informed by one of their semi-literate customer service people that in Oakland it’s actually every other day. I dropped off my laundry on Sunday, expecting to have it back on Monday. Here it is Wednesday and I’m sitting around in yesterday’s boxers because I still have no laundry. I should never have relied on the terrible lies all over their website. From a time and cost/benefit perspective, laundry Locker is a total FAIL.

The Uptown Apartments just started this service. I have worked with home delivery dry cleaning services in the past and had high expectations.
The drop off/pick up is secure with the locked lockers provided and they notified you on email of the order status (picked up, completed, returned). The service was quick — my clothes were returned 2 days later and it was not any more expensive than a dry cleaning shop. As a new customer, they reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns — which i appreciate as they have my personal belongings.
I am very pleased to have this service now available in the apartments and will continue to use them!
