I’ve had 3 kids went her from ⁷⁄₈ months old til about 9. And my kids love then so much. Even now yrs later they still run to her and like their auntie! She left a life long impression on them!

Ok, so I called these guys on Sat afternoon, b/​c I wanted to drop off my kid for a few hours for a seminar holding on Sunday the next day. Well, of course no one picked, or even bothered to return my call «within an hour» as their VM claimed, so I emailed them through their website, hoping and praying I’d get SOME sort of response. OF COURSE that didn’t happen either, so I tried my luck, and decided I’d still try, given all their media as of 26 July 2015 (website, news articles and Unilocal) «boasts» of weekend and 24hr service. Well, the guy answered the door and rudely informed me that they don’t accept children on weekends. Oh, so NOW you decide to tell me this, even though all your adverts say otherwise? I told him I called and emailed with NO response, only to find this out after a wasted trip. I suggested they update all their information so no one gets disappointed like I did. He got defensive REALLY quickly, and basically said it was my fault, since his esteemed establishment never returned my phone call, I should have known (roll eyes) How unprofessional, I would have preferred if they called or emailed me BACK to confirm their new hours, which of course is still not updated on any of their sites. I would have even considered using their services during the week, but after my encounter with that grumpy dude, I said FORGET IT.

Love this place! They provide pick-​up and drop off service! I can go to work early and leave late without worrying how my child will make it to and from school.
