I’m disappointed to give this place 2 stars because over the past few years, I’ve actually enjoyed going there until this year. The service has decreased tremendously – the front desk receptionist placed me in a room, sprayed a mixture of Pine-Sol and water on the table I was going to lie down on and inhale for the next 1 hour, with no apologies – there were no nurse assistants to clean and prep the room before me — then she didn’t attach the TENS unit pads and wires incorrectly since she wasn’t trained on how to do this but the chiropractors let her do it anyway — and by the time I saw the chiropractor it was rushed and fast, I did not get the full treatment I paid for but paid them as usual… I don’t know what happened here but I will be looking for another office to go to… this is disappointing as I loved supporting this Latino business, but the professionalism and uncleaniness were deal breakers for me. I have been coming here for almost 2 years but will no longer… also, it is hard to get appointments throughout the week since they greatly reduced their office hours to be open only 3 days a week! Sad! Dr. Graves is nice and professional though, but the other folks in his office including the other chiropractor are not up to par on good customer service or skill. *2 stars only for the extra parking behind the building.*
