I purchased herbs from Health Concerns for years. They sent me the wrong product that cost more than what I ordered. When I discovered their mistake, they refused to refund the money they owed me and refused to correct their mistake by replacing the product I ordered and over-paid for.
They clearly do not value customer loyalty. I was a customer for many years when this happened. Additionally, they are careless when placing orders and charging your account. When mistakes are discovered, they will not correct their mistakes or make their customers whole.
Don’t do business with these people. I rate them one star here, only because there is no opportunity to rate them with none.
