This place was recommended to me… only game in town. New high end tires on my car… balance on tires was not right from day one but they gave it to me anyway. Called and made appt to come back and also obtain an alignment. Was told after I made arrangements to return.“we can’t do an alignment” ’cause we can’t handle all the sensors and cameras etc… sorry we shoulda’ known… but we will make the balance right on your tires… sorry we didn’t do it right the first time (but we gave it to u anyway)…sitting for 2.5 hours while they attempted to «balance» my tires was a wonderful experience. I guess the point of this… if it was so difficult to do the second time… how did it get outa the shop the first time. Very disappointed in the way it was handled. I guess that’s the «only game in town syndrome». We won’t be back.
