Fairax is one of the larger «liquor» stores in the ‘hood.
though the signs tout a deli, and groceries, didn’t see much of either. wines are priced …99, 3rd or 4th digit missing. sodas, beers not priced at all.
brew: guiness (3.28) all included or was it 2
–only premium beer noticed, no micros
–standard mainstream and malts
takeouts:
–deliz looking pastries on counter, passed, not a sweets person.

this has got to be the nicest liquor store is have ever been to. The owner greets you when you walk in. The store is extremely clean and the shelves are full. I just moved to the area and it is very nice to see a neighborhood store that when people walk in the customers know the owner by first name and she knows them by first name also.
