Cutest shop in all the(Oak)land! Great shop to take a break from work and enjoy colorful displays of housewares. I’ve purchased many gifts at Entrez, and appreciate the complimentary gift wrapping. One of my favorite things about this boutique are the fragrances! Light scents of amber, gardenia, lilac fill the air all for individual sale. Too much to rave about, lots of gadgets and hostess gifts, but they always have something new. I’ll be in for a colorful Marimekko apron sooon!

Time: 3:01pm Purpose: Looking for house warming ideas and gifts! Set-up: Mostly stuffs that you would normally use around the household. Staff: Asian lady hair tie up in ponytail with apron. Ask me did I want something in particular? I answer yes and was refer by a friend nearby. I wasn’t sure what I would get so I told her just give me couple of minutes to browse around. Cleanliness: Very clean felt like it was just open. Products: Waste basket, rakes, spatulas, stationary goods, shelves, kitchen needs etc. Most items here are very bright in color things that you might remember of the 70’s it’s made locally. Household goods that retro the past but with a shade of hue in colors. Punch Line: Easy to get to, parking abundance, uptown oakland, nice shop to kill some time nearby. Located near major corporations at&t, kaiser, cal-trans, 24 hr fitness, banks, cafes. Final Thoughts: The items here that differentiate itself from other is local and has eco friendly in mind as well as pet products too. Can easily over spend here if you’re not careful.

What a gem! This store is pretty new. I was told a few months old. Supposedly they were in uptown a year or so ago and then vanished but now is back! I never noticed this place since there is like a pottery store next door. until one day I was walking home from an errand and notice the sign. Anyways. the cutest store for home goods(but probably better for gifts than actually practical). I see a lot of Marimekko items and unique kitchen/barware. I don’t think I would ever really do massive purchases here for myself but this is definitely the place to go if you were looking for a host(ess) gift, something unique for the culinary aficionado that has everything already. I got a few small organizational items and they were so useful I actually tried to find them on Amazon just for a price comparison and just to let you know the items they carry are pretty unique that Amazon doesn’t even have them! Or if they do. as in my case. they were double the price. I know I can’t believe it. so I will be back to pick up more of these little holders when I get the chance. They do have an online store and they offer a loyalty program to their customers. I hope they thrive because I would love to continue my support for them!

What a delightful shop in the heart of Uptown Oakland. I love gifts to have a certain pop and Marie offers many vibrantly colored items. The location is between the high-rise condo building, the Grand, and Trueburger. Lovely gifts and a friendly, French proprietor. Savoir-faire is everywhere. Highly recommend.

You know how you sometimes see photos of book shelves where the books are organized by color rather than by author or title? This home décor boutique is organized the same way. All the red Garnier Thiebaut and Marimekko knick-knacks here, all the blue Alessi and iittala items over here.

This is a great place to shop for home furnishings. They offer truly unique items that you just will not find anywhere else. The owner is from France and a lot of her merchandise is imported from Europe. They know their stock and will special order things in different colors, etc. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This is such a wonderful store and I’m so excited it has joined Oakland’s downtown/uptown scene. Marie has a terrific eye for color and style, so every piece in her shop is a treasure. Do yourself a favor and stop by soon!

Pretty much one of my favorite stores in the Bay Area. Not only do they carry some very chic home items, but there are so many options for gifts. Candles, funky kitchen pieces, notebooks, home fragrances. Love! I am obsessed with the Fatboy chairs(a more stylish version of a beanbag chair) and can’t wait until we move to a bigger place so I can finally buy one! Other things that are awesome: Marimekko printed aprons, colorful kitchen towels, and all the Alessi kitchen tools. I’m also now a big fan of iittala glassware, and Marie(the owner) was kind enough to put some on hold for me until I could make it in. Such a wonderful locally-owned business, five stars for sure.
