Very bad customer service. I ask representative for quote and he said in mono tone $ 25 plus labor. I then said how much to remove a key from a deadbolt lock and he said $ 25 plus labor. Why did the other 5 star companies provide me with an estimate and this guy couldn’t. There is a reason that this company has a low rating. Three words… Bad Customer Service. Wish there was a 0 here since this guy couldn’t help at all.
