I am a Chef and I work for several different agencies. I was introduced to this company by a friend of mind and I wish I would’ve never met Felicia. I only worked for ECF for three event, however I was never paid for the last one worked. It wasn’t like ECF didn’t get paid because it was for a major social media company in Silicon Valley. So if you want to get paid for the work you do, DON’T work for this company.

One star for eventually showing up to our school event… 1.5 hours late… with half of the food we ordered and payed for. It was very stressful not knowing if we needed to get back-​up food for an event we had been planning for weeks.
During the planning phase Felicia was generally unresponsive and we NEVER received an itemized list for cost.
Additionally, the food that did arrive was bland, or totally over salted. People were generally disappointed.
Worse yet, after all was said and done we could not reach Felicia to resolve the issue of missing food items we had already paid for and felt we should be reimbursed for.
We really wanted to support this local business, but we have to say DO NOT use ECF Services.
