Good place for Aloha Computer System.

We have been using them for 7 years! and paid a VERY EXPENSIVE tech support & hardware maintenance plan each year.
Service was Horrible!
HArdware maintenance also horrible!
they are monopoly for Aloha POS in the bay areas, I guess that is why they are so bad!
Most of techs on location are dreadful, I guess they only have a couple of them, I request a diference guy and they always sent me the sour face! and he is TERRIBLE!
I am speechless for the thousand of dollars we paid… how can anyone can run a business like that!
FOR sure We will not use them again!
Update winter 2013
Aloha POS Support has been improve… it because they are now using a Aloha POS support line… no more east bay POS support.
they are NOT Cheap!

Horrible service. They sold me a system and a few years later decided not to support it, which would be fine if they had decided to tell me more than 2 days in advance. They also never returned equipment sent to them for repair and their regular turnover time for equipment to be fixed (that was returned) was over a month to 6 months. Bad management and worse communication.
