My contractor recommended this carpet service provider to me. It’s owned and run by a couple. They will come to your home with carpet samples and you can pick and choose which ones you want. The reason why I gave them 5 stars is because of the superb service and ethics in doing business. They are also very nice, sincere, trusting and friendly. When they came to my home, they were very frank in accessing my situation of my house. I have a dad that has walking gait issues that result in a lot of friction while walking, and as a result the carpet has a lot of trait marks on it. He explained to me that the type of material I have for my carpet (long hair, nylon) is already the best in handling that type of usage, and if I were to change the carpet again (esp. to any other material) it would deteriorate even more quickly. What I am having now is already good, and he gave me suggestion on how to make the carpet bounce back. He told me this immediately within 3 minutes he’s in the house and after I explained why I want to change the carpet. In this kind of economy, it’s really nice to meet business people that truly cares about what they deliver would fit the need of customer, instead of purely targeting to make money.
While I did not get to use their service this time, I will for sure recommend them to anyone. No wonder they are still busy with business during this economic downtime, despite with no marketing (they get their business by spread of words).
