Dr Ralph Ortiz

I went to Ralph Ortiz’s office because his office is close to my home and I was hoping to find a Chiropractor to help me. I had a Saturday appointment and waited about 15 – 20 minutes before being seen. no biggie. The smell is the first thing you’ll notice when going into the back rooms. When the Dr. came in, the smell got worse. The DR. proceeded to tell me that if I was looking for a regular Chiropractor that pops your back then he’s not the guy and I should just leave. That was my first mistake. He warned me. He let me know that his other patients had traveled great distances to see him, so he must be good right? I agreed to give him a shot. Second mistake. He asked me to take off my shirt then proceeded to give me a light massage near my buttocks with what smelled like Ben Gay cream. After approx 2 minutes of this massage, he told me to turn over on my back. He then placed a towel over me for warmth and left me saying he’d return in 5 minutes. I expected more body work upon his return, but unfortunately, he gave me the speech about if he’s not the right guy, no hard feelings. He then charged me $ 140… $ 140!!! FOR LESS THAN 2 MIN OF BODY WORK? You’ve been warned.
