I agree with what other people have said, especially about the service. But the real deal breaker was no bathroom. WTF??? How can a maternity store NOT have a bathroom. Given that and the bizarro vibe, I thought they might be doomed. And low and behold, I stopped by because I saw a closing-sale sign in the window a few weekends ago but they’re already closed. Bummer. At 40%off it might’ve been almost reasonable for a few cute trendy pieces.

I totally agree with the others on this little baby boutique. When I stepped into the store today, I got no help. The salesperson looked up, saw me, and went back to the computer. Not only did she ignore me, she also had the meanest face on. Maybe she has been constipated for weeks?! I don’t know! Then as I picked up a really cute Micky mouse t-shirt for my five month old son, another customer walked in. All the sudden the salesperson greeted her with a cheerful«How are you doing today?» Are we in the same store?! That customer was not even pregnant and did not even have a baby with her. What did I do to deserve such poor service? The attitude of the salesperson really turned me off. So I left without buying anything. And I would not return to the store again. The clothes they carry is okay but they need better service. Seriously!

Yeah, it is pretty expensive, but so are all the other boutique baby stores, so I can’t say I fault them too much for that. But I second what someone else said about the staff. I’ve gone in twice and have felt either a) stared at b) not helped, or c) stared at. Never a hello, pleasant chit chat, or much of anything. The clothes are definitely cute, but there is just something off about the place. Maybe I’d like the place better if they had a better range of prices. Maybe if the staff didn’t seem so annoyed. Maybe, maybe…

Since I live so close I have wandered in a few times. Every time I go in the person behind the counter(the owner? manager?) makes me feel like I am intruding on her alone time. I think they have some cute stuff-expensive-but cute. Recently I decided to give this store another chance. I needed a sunhat for my son. I asked the sales person if they had any sunhats for boys«uh, no just for girls». Me: «Ok…do you have other types of trumpette socks for boys in larger sizes?» Her«No that’s it. They are really hard to find» Me: «um, ok» Later I went home, went online and found what I needed… Really? Hard to find? Oh well… won’t be shopping there anytime soon.

HOOOOLYCRAAAAAP! If baby and maternity stuff is always this expensive I am never going to have a baby. My dearest friend is pregnant and her birthday is in a few weeks so I saw this place and I thought I would go see what kind of cute shirt I could get her. No, I don’t think Ill be spending $ 64.00 on a shirt that I could get at Target for $ 30.00. Then on top of that the baby shirts were like $ 33.00. A shirt that a baby would only be able to wear for about 3 months out of their lives if that. I did buy a really cute shirt for an 18 month old that had motorcycle riders on it for her baby boy shes having. That was 30% off. That’s the only reason why I bought it. I will never shop here again based on the prices. Outrageous!
