I am beyond satisfied with the service provided by Avatar Energy Solutions. Ben is extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and friendly. He was able to answer all of my questions expediently and in great detail. I compared a couple different companies and Avatar was definitely the best deal for the solar system that I wanted. While dealing with Ben I felt very comfortable and did not feel pressured at all. When I finally made the decision, everything went smoothly and Ben was ready to help at every step of the process. The installation was extremely fast (4 hours!) and he stopped by to check on things after they were finished. The workmanship was great and the install was very clean. I will definitely recommend him to those are looking into solar.

Ben is a great, reliable and trustworthy business owner. He has been in the solar industry for years and has worked from the ground up. It is evident that he is very knowledgeable of not only practices in the bay area but also of what is going on in the industry.
Going through Avatar Energy Solutions has its advantages. They do not have specific contracts to buy from any particular solar or financing companies so they can negotiate to find you the lowest rate. It was nice not having to call all the different solar companies in the area and have to do comparison shopping with multiple sales people. Ben gave me multiple quotes from different business’s so I knew I was getting the best deal. He even referred and negotiated with a roofer for me as well!
Ben cares about his customers long after their purchase. I was so happy with my experience I referred my parents to him as well. After a few months of install Ben checked in with them again to see how they were enjoying their solar. He took a look at their solar output and noticed that PG&E had put them on a different solar rate plan. Ben suggested they switch plans and now they are saving even more money!
