Please don’t go buy their ink refills. They only refill to not even half of the cartridge. Upon return they didn’t want to exchange. I would rather pay more $$$ in staples than have half empty cartridge. Their ink is also bad quality. No thank you.

Only costs 8.99 to refill a cartridge that costs $ 15+ to refill at other places. Not the best customer service. Once it wasn’t ready when they said it was going to be. But when considering how much cheaper it is than other places, it’s still 5 stars to me. I’ll just make sure I call before go to pick them up.

I have been purchasing all the ink my business uses from Apollo for several years. This morning I put one of their cartridges in my printer but it didn’t recognize it so I took it back to Apollo to exchange. Not only would they not except this dud cartridge, they told me they’ve never sold that brand(I bought it from there). When I pointed out that I was prepared to purchase a lot of ink, they still wouldn’t exchange this $ 6 cartridge. Off to Cartridge World I went… I’ll never go back.

I haven’t used my printer in months because I hate the idea of paying $ 25+ for one ink cartridge. but that no longer has to be the case! Bring your empty ink cartridges here and you’ll be on your way with new refurbished ink cartridges in less than 5 minutes! My HP printers 57 cartridge was ~$ 12 or $ 13 and the black 56 cartridge was $ 9. The epson ink cartridges were $ 7.99. Hopefully the ink lasts for some time. but then again it is chinatown after all. lol

Located a block away from our office in Oakland, this place has become my go-to place for toner cartridge replacements. They were informative, helpful, and they back up their Laser toner cartridges, which are re-manufactured cartridges that work as well as the OEMs we had. And they also suggested on certain ink-jet cartridges I use, that to just get the OEM versions b/c the color was better than the refill inks for those particular cartridges. Since they guarantee satisfaction, they wanted to give me the info to make the best choices. SO far so good. Will update if things change. The fact that they have an SF office as well is fantastic. We are now saving in excess of 60% off our original OEN Toner Cartridges for several of our printers, and at least 50% off our OEM Fax toner. Its all about savings so long as the performance is there! Disclosure: I negotiated all pricing in the staff’s native language though I am uncertain it would have made that much difference considering.

After being sick of my large format printer getting rejected by office max and depot for refilling my ink I gave this place a try. Not only did they have the parts I need but at a fraction of price. The only problem I had and it was not there was HP designed the ink cartridge with a expiration date and thus I have to go back for it but for how much I SAVED I dont care because they have a great return policy.

First of all I called an hour before I came in to see about getting my ink cartridges refilled and the lady specifically told me it would be 6.99 to refill them. I made my way down there and the actual price posted was 9.99. When I asked the lady about the price she told me on the phone, she said, oh, I can give you 15% off which came out to 8.49 ea… what happened to 6.99? Hmm… maybe I had to look like them to get that price…

There prices are generally cheaper than the Catridge Alternative store on Broadway. Service is good. If you’re gonna buy stuff from them, you should negotiate. They are willing to give a discount to keep you from walking away. In general, it’s better to refill your ink than buy new catridges from office suplly stores.

i had noticed this ink cartridge refill shop for a long time but thought i had no reason to utilize their services. suddenly, i had a printing that was urgent and my regular machine had a «paper jam» which was difficult to diagnose. my fillin, an hp, came with an empty ink cartridge. it turns out they also sell original cartridges and also do refills(8.99). though they didn’t have any in stock, they took my empty cartridge and told me at 11a.m. it would be ready by 5. at 3, i got a call it was ready. WOOT! WOOT! inkspots: –original ink price comparable to officemax, refills a buck cheaper –located near downtown oaktown. –english proficient, chinese speakers preferred –15% off to corporations. –metered parking
