Amber Rogers

This woman totally flaked on me and I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.
I paid Ms. Rogers by check to design a personalized «makeup wardrobe» for me.
In return for that payment, she had promised the following: to design a customized make-​up wardrobe for me, purchase all the associated commercial products (Dior, MAC Cosmetics, etc.) on my behalf, and then to deliver the products along with application instructions and receipts for products.
After almost two weeks without hearing back from Ms. Rogers with the delivery of products, I began to contacted her by email and phone. She apologized and said she was busy. About 5 weeks later, she returned just half of my money to me – the part I had given her for purchasing products. Two weeks after that, she mailed me application instructions. She never did provide the service of purchasing and delivering the makeup wardrobe for me.
