If I could give these people no stars I would. I locked myself out of my apartment, called 411 got the number for these guys and waited over two and a half hours for them and still they never showed up, despite repeated promises of 20 more minutes. Finally, after sitting in the foyer of my building for over 2 hours, I called another company to get me back in my apartment. The second place was there in less than half an hour and cost almost 20 less than the price Academy quoted me. I would only call them again if I felt like never seeing the inside of my place ever again, because if I had waited for them to show up I would still be waiting in the foyer of my building.

I’m a bit torn on how to rate this place. The mere fact that I had to wait 2 plus hours to have my lock drilled to smithereens should warrant a one-​star review. However, they did do the job without having to take off the very secure door so that deserves at least 3 stars.
Being that I basically had a half-​day work day and now my garage is really tidy, let’s go with the 3 stars.
Hint: Make sure you have the dispatcher repeat your phone number when you call for service.
