Today marks the second and last time I will shop in this market even though it’s location is convenient to me. Despite me telling them that their $ 1.00 ‘convenience’ fee or surcharge for using my debit card to pay is illegal; they insisted on charging me with it saying they would not sell to me otherwise. I had to file a complaint against them with the attorney general’s office when I got home because I am sick of places deliberately ripping off their customers. Hey owner; see California Civil Code Section 1748.1. Actually I am fairly certain you have seen it and just hope your customers have not. My next move will be to pass out flyers in the neighborhood about your illegal practices if you don’t cease ripping off your customers.

there are veggies and some groceries here but most people go for the cigs and alcohol here. convenient in the barrio, tecate is 18/18.99 or 12/14.99. limes ⁶⁄₉₉. convenient parking outside and a taqueria next door.
btw, the beer is very cold. one can party on after the beer is paid for.
