I have never, ever seen such filth in my life… not in a home, a dorm, or any place of business anywhere. It made me feel uncomfortable and at the same time… sad. The woman who did my nails was very pleasant, no problem, but I honestly couldn’t get over not just the dilapidated condition of the premises … but the utter grime on every surface, including the walls. I understand and celebrate«family owned», but that isn’t an excuse, a reason for surfaces, walls, chair rail, tools, etc. to look, well, contaminated. That’s how dirty it was — and no, I’m not a clean freak. Shocking. No, wouldn’t risk going back.

Vivian was great I will defiantly be back religiously with her. I had a pedicure with a male nail tech and it was just okay, on the salons defense they did accommodate me after their closing hours. I will be back to this establishment.

I went there two days ago because my regular place was all booked and my nails needed to be done, so upon looking online I noticed that they were pretty close to where I live. So I went in to get a pedicure and a gel refill. Upon arrival I told then what I wanted and was seated for my pedicure. Everything was fine up until the polish time came, the guy doing it missed spots and I had to tell him to fix it. Then came the time for my refill, omg, another guy was doing it and I think he was the owner, he started to take my polish off and after he was done there were still leftover polish from my previous one so I asked him on purpose what was that(point ting to the leftover spots) and he had the nerve to tell me that they were polish from the previous one and he’s going to take it off. Then when the time came for him to apply the gel polish, he got polish all over my cuticles which was irritating and he made me get up from one chair to the other. I couldn’t wait to get out of there so when I was done I paid and walked out and didn’t really get a good look at my nails. The next morning when I woke up, I noticed that the polish was applied horribly, I was pissed that I wasted my money there, I’m never ever setting feet to this place again.

I just had a mani pedi here today. The place may not be much to look at, but it’s a family owned and run salon. They pride themselves on a full Service experience.

I went yesterday to get a manicure. First time here since all my first choice salons were booked, thought I would give this place a try. I went in and asked if they had Essie marshmallow as I didn’t see it on display but know it’s very common. The man at the front desk said yes they did and he would get it for me. I sat down and another man was going to do the manicure. He spoke no English so I relied on the first man to translate what I wanted done. As soon as it was time for polish I asked again for Essie marshmallow. He rummaged through a door and pulled out a polish sat it beside the me and then walked away. The man doing my nails was going to use that one however one problem. It was a pink polish! Essie marshmellow is white! I picked it up and said AGAIN«do you have Essie marshmellow» he walked over and proceeded to give me another color… Again it wasn’t Essie marshemellow. By the third time of not getting the color I wanted at which he told me they did have I was fed up. I walked out of there with the worst manicure ever, after going home and removing the nail polish all over my skin and cuticles I then went to target and bought the right color and did it myself. Waste of time and $$$($ 20) USA nails is horrible salon. Try listening to customers and maybe you would improve business. I will ever go back and will be sure to pass this experience along to others.

Love love love. I am treated like family everytime I come in. I am always pleased with the new designs. I have been coming here for 3 years and have never had an issue. Very clean and very nice place. A +++

I have been going here for years. $ 5 eye brows, $ 28 mani pedi. $ 15 extra for shellac manicure. I like the prices and they work fast. One time my shellac mani peeled quickly and they re-did the whole thing for free. Pros– prices Cons– time. Sometimes they are so full that they don’t have enough workers to accommodate, but they tell people 10 – 15 min wait even when it’s going to be longer. I think most places do that so I didn’t deduct a star for that. The solution is to make an appt. I NEVER wait when I have an appt. Also, they don’t always put cooling gel or whatever on your eyebrows. I think they should.

I. wss taken promptly into the salon on a Sunday afternoon around 4 I asked if they could do my nails during the pedicure time and the answer was yes. Well, I think it was a language barrier answer. I go in the chair and the water is cold. I asked to make it hot and he added a tea kettle of her water. It still was not hot enough. The pedicure itself. wss decent but they did not give the leg nor foot massage. In addition while relaxing I saw a few baby roaches which nixed my manicure and any possibility I would come here again. It is a decent location but cleanliness matters. cost $ 18 pedicure plus $ 3 tip
