There are zero inacuracies. You might want to go door to door and actually speak to tenants, if you can catch them before they flee. Right now you are advertising my old apt for 970 on your own website. Yet my renewal in writing. The lowest of the 6 options was 990. You arent in charge of water yet you take final payment. Fact. I suggest people talk to people who live there. That’s is where the real truth lies.

Ive been here 6months. I cant wait to move out.
Its like talking to a to wall get anything solved. They are definitely used to dealing with a not so civilized clientel, and treat everyone like trash.

The whole experience was unprofessional. We signed a lease didn’t receive a copy and it went downhill from there. When we requested a copy they gave it to us a month later. When we signed the lease we were rushed through it and didn’t realize that the rent was due on the 1st and not on the 15th. The rent then adjusted from the «special» rate to the normal rate. Which meant that the rent adjusted to $ 175 more as this included the late fee. When we tried to explain that we were paid bi-​weekly and weren’t given a copy of the lease upon signing they were immovable. We went back and forth like this every month until they took us to court for $ 175. We were evicted for $ 175. I believe there was a scam involving the guaranty.

The staff is really helpful. All maintenance problems are handled promptly.
There is a lovely courtyard in the center with three tennis courts, some garden area, and two small swimming pools. Plenty of parking.
The only reason I give it four stars is 1) it’s expensive, and 2) there’s not much to do nearby
