I’m so freaking upset its 8:20pm my pizza not here and I order at 5:30pm they are so rude have a lack of respect pizza hut was my favorite place but after this worst experience I totally hate them! No stars!

Horrible service! Food took an hour and more to get here, food came cold… Like horrible experience

So I order a special on a pizza and another with wings. My email confirmation stated it would be here by 10:51 since I ordered at 10:01 ok fine it took me after giving them 5 more minutes to call them and THEN I was told its in the way. Ok so the delivery guy calls me to reconfirmed my address. Fine. He was literally half an hour away??? We got the food alright, all cold. Never again. What kind of service is that!!! Ridiculous!

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! This is the WORST Pizza Hut ever! I made an order at 10:03 pm and it said it would be delivered by 11:48 according to the email, this was bad enough already but the order was already made. After midnight my order still hadn’t arrived. I called and was told to wait and then they hung up the phone, I called again and got some office saying they were trying to reach the store and finally connected me, the lady said my order was next to go out but they had just one delivery guy so they were running late, she said he was already on his way pick. 40 mins later I still had not received my order, I started calling and calling but the store stopped answering the phones even though it was still 20 mins before they closed… I drove to the store since it was 2 mins from my house and they saw me and pretended not to be there even though I saw someone inside when I was parking and there where 3 cars outside. Oh and on top of that I made my order thru the app so my card had already been charged even though I NEVER GOT MY FOOD! Thanks Pizza Hut, you suck! …

2 hours for delivery!!! What!!! And the food better not be COLD when it gets here or I WILL be contacting corporate. The rude girl on the phone says «no problem». Wait what? You just told me my ofer is sitting there waiting for the next driver. Grrrrrrrrr.

So I guess I’ll be the little ray of sunshine here and give this particular Pizza Hut a good review. I ordered a large stuffed crust pizza and a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi on my Pizza Hut app. The ordering was a breeze, at the end on my confirmation e-​receipt it gave me an estimate of 45 minutes and the delivery was on time! The pizza was warm, the Pepsi was coke and the delivery man was nice! Nothing wrong here! :)

Honestly if I could give a rating of zero stars I would. I ordered a pizza for delivery & my order was canceled without my knowledge. When I called, the girl that answered said very lackadaisically «Oh your order was cancelled… By me», she then proceeded to ask me if I could pick up the DELIVERY order & I said I would, I was expecting some type of compensation for the cancelled & over an hour late delivery which I had to go pick up. The extremely rude staff claimed that a phone call was placed & that they left a voicemail, disgusting bare faced liars. The manager and staff alike looked, spoke & acted very unprofessionally. My experience was very unsatisfactory, I will definitely not be ordering from this location ever again. First & last time.

I don’t understand why I live .3 miles a way and every time I order a pizza it takes 2 to 2.5 hours? The service here sucks. Pizza hit corp really need to step in and fix this spot but then again it’s in a black community so who cares?

Why can’t I give zero stars? I don’t like Pizza Hut in general but I tried to take advantage of a sale online. 30 minutes after the scheduled delivery time, I called to ask what discount I was getting because of the lateness. The girl said she didn’t have an order for me, even though I got a confirmation email with their store address and phone number on it. She connected me to who I assume was a manager and he told me they didn’t get that order. I read him my confirmation number from the email and he goes «what’s that?» No one apologized for the inconvenience or tried to supply me with another pizza or anything. They just asked for my info a million times and told me they didn’t get my order. 100% not going to this or any Pizza Hut again. If you have mediocre food, at least make sure your systems and/​or customer service is on point.

We ordered one personal sausage pizza and one ground beef pizza for takeout. We got back home and we assumed they would have label the pizzas since they look similar. They did not which is OK since it was just our assumption. The young lady at the counter gently slid the 2 pizzas across the counter to me. I had to ask for a bag and napkins which should have been an automatic service. The young lady apologized. The pizza was good though but the service could use basic improvement.

I live a block away from this place and delivery time is almost always 2 hours. Pizza is good but service sucks… What’s the point of delivery when you have to pick it up every time…

Pizza hut in general is pretty bad but this one forgets every time I order a drink and their veggie toppings don’t taste fresh.

Wow. don’t go here unless you want to order a prostitute or crackables… stay away from the weekend crowd for its definately not family friendly.
