WHAT A DISASTER!!! I am truly disappointed with Landscape Solutions. I should have known when they did not want to meet to review the property. At the moment I have already cancelled my service with Landscape Solutions but writing this because I do not want others to go though what I have gone through. My husband and I purchased a home in Ft Lauderdale. I had spoke with Karl/​Landscape Solutions to service (bi-​weekly lawn service which include trimming of the bushes and trees) the my property. Within a few months, they have managed to kill our lawn and a handful of bushes/​trees. Our back yard is covered in palm berries and a beautiful hibiscus tree that is DEAD due to over trimming and a few others that are not looking so good. I called Karl to ask if he knew what has happened to what was a beautiful property to now a very sad looking property. Unfortunately he did not have an answer for me or any knowledge to what the property look like. How can a company that should be passionate about what they do but not be? Are they hiring skilled workers that know a thing or two about lawn & tree care? I am truly disappointed with this company. Now I need to repair the damages and I don’t think it’s fair. I did not even get a «I’m sorry and how can we fix this». TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH LANDSCAPE SOLUTIONS.

All grass, Sod comes from the center of the state. There are only a handful of sod farms left. Plant material is governed by USDA and cannot be shipped «sick»
Brown spots are a condition of over or under watering… Which may bring pest and or fungus.

What a total inconsiderate ass. I spoke to Carl and he was to come and provide estimate for a job. I took day off work to be here to walk the property with him since he committed to Monday morning. When I did not hear from him on the appointment time I gave a call to the office. He have me 30 second-​sorry we won’t go to your town and hung up. He not only blew me off on the phone but could have had the decency to give me a curtesy call and not had me waste the day.

Great work by Bill the landscape designer, some of my trees aren’t doing to well but hopefully the summer and the rainy season should fix that.
