We spent over $ 20,000 on custom doors to have them all the wrong size. Lenny assured me that they would get the correct size and have them in a few weeks. Without our knowledge Lenny never pulled a permit and we were fined by the city. He never ordered the correct size doors and we were out $ 20,000. All of our calls went unanswered by Lenny and his partner Nick. Paul the man who installed the doors said this happens quite often. Go to Home Depot and get a great product with great installers.

I ordered 6 doors from them. I dealt with Nick, the owner. He appeared nice at first, but a rude person he really is. Calls go un-returned. Nick forgets what he promises. He would confuse me with someone else. The installers complain that installation quote was too low. They, too, don’t follow up with their calls.
After four weeks of waiting I went to the showroom to inquire about my order only to be confronted by Nick and his son who threatened to call the police and get me thrown out of their showroom. He also threatened to to kick my a**. When I asked them to give me my $ 1,500 deposit back if they can’t deliver and install the doors. Nick replied «f**k no.» I have no idea how this situation will play.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE FLEA MARKET CROOKS.

My experience with the Door Factory was excellent. I called up looking for a place last week to get three doors in a hurry. I knew what I wanted and did it over the phone site unseen. Lenny could not have been more helpful in placing my order and had the doors delivered in three days as promised.
There was one problem, I gave him the wrong measurements and needed to return the doors ! without hesitation, Lenny was able to get me the right sizes and my beautiful doors are in place today. That is how business is done, a happy customer. Get your doors from people who know doors!

Horrible
Paid to have the Door Factory make a set of custom doors for our office.
Upon installation, the doors didn’t fit correctly, so I was given the number for the owner’s son «Nick.» He came by and said it would be relatively easy to fix, promised to get back with us to arrange to get it done, and then radio silence. No returned calls after multiple messages, no contact whatsoever. Just a rude operator, also named Nick, who obviously isn’t passing messages along and could care less. I emailed the elusive owner, haven’t heard anything yet. Stay away from this place!

If I could I would give them zero stars! The rudest people I have ever come across!!! I called and asked if they had wood stainable doors and was told I needed to come into the store to see their stainable doors. I drove all the way from Kendall, FL to be shown a fiberglass door that imitates wood and is only paintable! But even after that I was considering the doors and asked about a sidelight. Because I couldn’t understand contractor terminology the guy flipped out and was super aggressive. I was already a little scared from how dirty the place was but after he started getting aggressive and yelling I got out of there ASAP!
