I called reference my printer. I found them to be rude. I let the lady tell her story she never asked me anything about my unit. The lady stated something and I tried to verbally confirm what she said she raised her voice to me as though she was irritate. I tried other 2 times to talk and she immediately cut me off in mid conversation. Able Business Machines is very unprofessional on the telephone.
Also Able said that Cannon tech guys do not know what they are talking about.
I would not recommend them to any of my friends.
