We had just bought a home upat bass lake soafter looking many times in this store puchased a sofa and love seat. They agreed to hold it for us for a month while the remodel was being finished. theytold us they would take off the floor and wrapit up. We went back in to schedule delivery and found it still on the floor with not even a sold sign on it. My husband was very upset and the attitude of the owners was very bad, would not do anything to make us happy so we canceled the order and bought eleswhere. i really dont know where u can find good customer service but itis sure not here.

This is a local family run business. The service is beyond the call of duty. We had a situation with our lazy boy loves seat getting soft and they came to our home and at no charge added stuffing and firmed up the seating for my husband so it would be easier for him to get up from coach. They are courteous and very knowledgeable. I found them very competitive with large stores in Fresno. And customer service is personalized.
Our neighbors loved them and dealt with them for years. They highly recommended Matthews Fine Furniture to us and I wish we would have listened years ago. Very pleased. They come set it up in your home and carried out our older one for us
