Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Maybe because I am a Hispanic but geez lady can you be any more rude! I will never come here again on my way out of Yosemite.

I only had 20 minutes to get an inhaler transferred there from Ohio while on vacation before my pharmacy back home closed. I was in the beginnings of an asthma attack. The pharmacy staff was wonderful and worked very quickly for me to ensure I could get that. I can’t thank them enough!

Worst customer service. I am a military spouse and needed a medication refilled from out of state. Pharmacy staff was rude and didn’t want to call pharmacy and stated she will get to it when she could because she was swamped. The whole time she was helping me she would cut me off mid sentence and sighing like I was a bother. I will never come back!

I won’t shop there anymore. The place is always understaffed and the employees always look stressed out and frantic. This place needs better management…

Lame! I was standing in front of the counter to buy sudafed, forgot something, and by the time I walked back, they closed the pharmacy for lunch and both employees left. Apparently taking lunch is more important than their customers being sick. Why would the have to go together rather than stagger their breaks? Don’t come here if you actually want service by people who care.

This CVS is horrible. First of all the people at the pharmacy are the rudest people we’ve ever encountered. I’ve even spoken to the mgr about them and nothing has changed. Also, the pharmacy is closed from 12:45 to 1:30pm for lunch. When I questioned why the mgr said «Well they have to have lunch». Well when you have 4 to 6 people working in the pharmacy you can stager their lunch so there is someone to help customers that have driven a long way to get to your pharmacy. So with that being said we are now going to Rite Aid.

This review is not necessarily the full truth, didn’t spend very much time here. Went here to get the things needed before heading off to Yosemite, and it was able to take care of my business! No problems in any way. Prices are the way they are, and it’s of course not the biggest of stores, but it is what you’d expect out of a CVS.
