I live in Nevada but have a summer home in Oakhurst. I only get my vehicles serviced at advanced auto. After 15 years I’ve never once had a problem with my vehicles (1 truck and 4 cars).

From our first encounter while we were searching for homes back when… they have been most accommodating… we had an leaking water thingamagingi issue and our realtor recommended them… who would have known that since then they would be our go to for All car issues aka Family Car Doctor.
We cannot thank these professionals enough, Cutter, James, Noe and sorry I know there are more service peops but I do not have the names… nevertheless ALL personal at Advanced Auto ToTaLLY ROCK!!! They have been Extraordinary to us car service wise and Always Always with a friendly personal touch. Since we have a few instances I will summarize best possible, a few times our car just would not start and it was no problem for them to pick up hubbie and car. They have an art to making a difficult and stressful situation into a Positive Experience all that and they fixed our car of courseness :) They have always LOOKED out for our best interests and go ABOVE and BEYOND. We/​I truly truly Love this place and will go no where else its like our cars family doctor :) I have more wonderfulness to share but it holds a sensitive spot in my heart and prefer not to share publicly but if you want more details I am happy to share personally, please feel free to email me.
Oh and if you need a rental car Ashley is there to assist she is a sweetheart, that would be via Hertz at the same spot so very handy, in the event you lock yourself out and need to get your second key from home ;)

I hit ice on the road 4 hours away from home, no cell service… was feeling really alone and not sure how I was going to get home. Noe came and picked me up at a gas station I found myself stranded at for part of the day (ah!), drove me to my car, and towed it and me all the way home like it was nothing.
For the first time the entire day I didn’t feel stressed out or unsafe. He was completely professional and even helped me communicate with the insurance company since my phone took a while to get reception and I wasn’t sure how to handle getting the car all the way back to where it needed to be. This is the best company/​person I’ve ever dealt with with regard to any car related issue — and I got to meet an incredibly decent human being on top of that! They are also family owned so I have no doubt the experience would be very similar no matter who you deal with. If I lived closer to one of the shops I’d never go anywhere else ever again. Thanks Noe!
