I can’t see how this place stays in business.
I just had another bad experience for the 3rd or 4th time. Once again, not acknowledged by employees, and I’m standing by the register waiting to pay for my item. One employee is with a customer which is acceptable, but the other employee is talking to her friend and won’t pay attention to business. I walked out and I will NEVER go back!!! Too bad because I’m remodeling my kitchen and need all new appliances for it.
I should mention that this Sears is privately owned and operated. The Sears in Modesto is run by the Sears Corporation.
